At MDS Cargo Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to cancel or return an item, and an additional 14 days to post it back to us; however, we extend this peace of mind by offering a full 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement (including all delivery and return fees) within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
